People have tried to spread their religion by showing compassion to poor people, looking after the poor people, handicapped people. There’s no need, actually, for Sahaj Yogis to do that. What they have to do is to transform other people. Find out ways and methods how you can transform, how you can spread the message of Adi Shakti. Put your mind to it and you will know how you can manage it. There should be all the time a compelling desire that we have to find out methods by which we can spread Sahaj Yoga. Otherwise it’s like what Christ has described: that some seed fell on the marshy land and they sprouted, but never grew. You can only grow in the real sense of the word and become something very, very special and real, by knowing what you can do.

Self-Realization Tour of Sri Lanka – March 2022


During the period of March 14 to March 21, a dedicated group of Sahaja Yogis from the Indian state of Maharashtra visited Sri Lanka to give Self-Realization programs and to plan subsequent visits with larger group of Yogis. Their amazing effort and strong desire to spread Shri Mataji's love and vision is paving the way to establish the seekers and a collective in Sri Lanka. It was a great initial tour with many heartwarming experiences. A report about the tour is attached.

Subsequently, we are planning a second visit to Sri Lanka from June 29 to July 18 with a larger group of Yogis. Self-Realization programs are planned in various parts of the country. Yogis from India, Malaysia, USA, Canada and Germany are joining the tour. Given the general state of the country and the urgency to establish Sahaja Yoga, we really need a large number of Yogis to establish the vibrations and create momentum. We are requesting more Yogis from USA and other countries to join the tour as well. Regular follow up visits after the June/July tour are being planned as well.

Self-Realization Program, Jaffna City, March 16, 2022: The turnout was not as expected as it was a Wednesday (working day) and security was tightened for the prime minister’s visit to the city that day.






Havan on the newly purchased land at Kaithady, Jaffna, March 18, Friday. The need for the Havan was felt by the Yogis and it was performed spontaneously on the Holi Festival Day!

Self realization program in school and cultural center, March 20 & 21 at Kandy, the capital of the Central Province. The Hindu Senior College in Kandy. Mahatma Gandhi visited this school for some periods in 1941. School principal told us there was a Gandhi’s ashram and he visited it few times.
