People have tried to spread their religion by showing compassion to poor people, looking after the poor people, handicapped people. There’s no need, actually, for Sahaj Yogis to do that. What they have to do is to transform other people. Find out ways and methods how you can transform, how you can spread the message of Adi Shakti. Put your mind to it and you will know how you can manage it. There should be all the time a compelling desire that we have to find out methods by which we can spread Sahaj Yoga. Otherwise it’s like what Christ has described: that some seed fell on the marshy land and they sprouted, but never grew. You can only grow in the real sense of the word and become something very, very special and real, by knowing what you can do.

	Sri-Lanka Sahaja Yoga Programs (2 Weeks Tour In March/ April, 2025)
A group of Sahaja Yogis visiting from India and USA joined hands with the brothers and sisters in Sri-Lanka to organize various Sahaja Yoga Relization events and to spread the Divine Love and Message of Shri Mataji to the true seekers in the land of Sri Lanka. The realization events and the programs were very successful and the joy was just tremendous. Shri Mataji's love and presence could be felt always everywhere. All the seekers could feel Her blessing on their Sahastraras. Also, the immense love of all sahaja yogis and that of the seekers’ families opened the hearts of everyone. All had bowed down at the Lotus Feet of The Holy Mother in their hearts and thanked Her for all the blessings. Here is a report with some pictures from the great events and from those moments of sheer joy. Gratitude from bottom of our hearts goes to Shri Mataji for allowing the global sahaj collective to conduct these programs.
